We offer the following services primarily to individuals, artists, and creatives.

Creatives interested may define their artistry as graphic design, animation, music composition, production, songwriting, sound engineering, storytelling, museum management, costume design, lighting design, opera, fashion design, or technical direction.   

Coaching

We provide generous, compassionate, and focused coaching and strategic solutions to creatives. We offer 50-minute phone or video calls to work one-on-one with creatives to realize their goals and unlock their potential. We support clients with planning for sabbaticals, professional transition, maternity leave, medical leave, accountability, and life mapping in alignment with their values. We offer our signature self-investment plan as a tool to support our clients thrive.

Creative Flowers

Our signature offering of Creative Flowers programs is our Professional Sistah Circle. The professional Sistah Circle is a 1-month cohort building program where women in an intimate virtual or physical space will meet weekly to build relationships with one another and explore aspects of the creative sector. The Sistah Circle has a core curriculum but is meant to be tailored to best serve each individual cohort. Sistah Circles show up across locations and disciplines.
